Devereux & Co. offers a complete range of accounting services.  We can assist you in choosing the accounting method that best fits your needs.  We will also provide financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, annual or as needed basis.  We pride ourselves on getting financial statements to our clients on a timely basis.  If you prefer to do your accounting in-house, we can help design an accounting system that's easy to use, plus provide the ongoing support needed to make sure the accounting process goes smoothly.

Payroll Services

The IRS requirement, mandating many businesses to pay their withholding taxes electronically, created increased need for our payroll services.  We can provide the same features as a large payroll service with the individual attention of a local CPA firm.  We have entered into a relationship with ADP to jointly proved our clients with payroll services.  Our clients work with Devereux & Co. in the preparation of their payroll.  We transmit the payroll information to ADP and they withdraw the funds for that period's taxes.  They then file all of the returns and pay all of the taxes.  Our clients pay one monthly fee for these services.

Computer Support & Installation

Our staff has extensive experience in software for a wide variety of accounting, payroll and tax functions.  We can help you choose the right system and software, install your programs, and then provide the ongoing support services to make sure you make the most of your computer systems.  In addition, we can assist you with database, word processing and spreadsheet programs.

We also offer a Fixed Assets & Depreciation software package that can keep track of your fixed assets and depreciation for both accounting and tax purposes.
